Pro-Bolt Titanium Fairing Kit

Titanium Fairing Kit offers the ultimate upgrade for strength, style, and weight savings. Manufactured from Grade 5 (6AL-4V) Titanium, these fasteners are stronger than steel yet significantly lighter. This kit replaces the original visible fasteners on side fairings, front mudguard, belly pan, seat unit, and nose cone (where applicable on standard models), giving your bike both performance and premium aesthetics.

Kits are easy to install: remove one bolt at a time and replace it with an identical length Pro-Bolt into the original backing clip. Appropriate nuts are included where required, and replacement receptacles can be ordered separately if needed.

Also included in the kit: Pro-Lube, anti-scratch washers, and relevant Allen keys.

  • Rolled Thread Design – Provides enhanced strength and a smoother finish, reducing wear and improving performance.

  • DLC Black Titanium Coating – A Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating provides extreme hardness, exceptional wear resistance, and enhanced anti-galling properties – prolonging fastener life and reducing overall system costs.

  • Anodised Finishes Available – Blue, Gold, and Purple Haze options allow for bespoke design integration. (Please note: Titanium anodised finishes differ from our Aluminium range).
