Description

Our engine kits include all the bolts required to replace the fasteners in the side engine casings, this will include (where applicable):

- clutch covers

- water pump housing

- alternator cover

- sprocket covers.

Our Titanium fasteners are made from aircraft grade titanium 6AL-4V (Grade 5) and are incredibly strong, while having an advantage of being around 42% lighter than Stainless Steel.

Kits are easy to use, remove one bolt at a time, and replace with an identical length Pro-Bolt in to your original backing clip. Where this is not possible we include appropriate nuts. Should you wish to replace any worn original receptacles they are available to order separately.

- Pro-Bolt Decal Sticker

- Instructions provided for torque settings.

Sold here in our ever popular Race Spec design, which benefit from a reduced socket size that has been drilled to 1.6mm on each flat for ease of lock wiring and the inside of the hex is dished for additional weight saving with no compromise in strength. For those who truly value attention to detail.

Titanium is also available in black, which not only looks great but has other benefits too. This beautiful long lasting black finish results from an application of Diamond Like Carbon Coating (DLC). This gives supreme hardness and corrosion resistance provided by a nano composite coating, which increases the fastener lifetime dramatically and helps to prevent galling. By incorporating them right from the beginning, the overall system cost can be held level or may even be reduced. Please note the colour finish on titanium is not identical to our aluminium range.
