Pro-Bolt Titanium Bodywork Bolt Kit - Indian Chieftain - Dark Horse/Elite/Premium/Standard 111/116

Tailored for the Indian Chieftain, this bodywork bolt kit includes all the fasteners required to replace the original visible bolts in the front fender, rear fender, side covers, and seat pad.

Manufactured from grade 5 Titanium, these bolts deliver excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and weight reduction while maintaining durability. Installation is simple – swap out one bolt at a time with the matching Pro-Bolt.

This kit enhances both performance and style. Please check the fitment details below for specific model years.

Key Features:

  • Lightweight Titanium – As strong as steel at nearly half the weight.
  • Low-Profile Dome & Tapered Socket Cap Head – This kit includes two head styles: a low-profile dome head for a stylish appearance with wide load distribution, and a tapered socket cap head for a streamlined design with added practicality in confined spaces.
  • Rolled Thread Design – Provides enhanced strength and a smoother finish, reducing wear and improving performance.
  • DLC Black Titanium Coating – A Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating provides extreme hardness, exceptional wear resistance, and enhanced anti-galling properties – prolonging fastener life and reducing overall system costs.
  • Anodised Finishes Available – Blue, Gold, and Purple Haze options allow for bespoke design integration. (Please note: Titanium anodised finishes differ from our Aluminium range).
